Limit, 1 pet per rental household.
$750 pet deposit required (refundable).
Written pet agreement required.

Dogs: Due to insurance and liability concerns several breeds are restricted. Not over 25 lbs. No puppies under 1 year. Must provide proof of rabies vaccination. Must provide proof of renter’s insurance policy covering dog. Cats: De-clawed (front paws). Must provide proof of rabies vaccination. Birds: Birds must be caged. Approval on case by case basis. |
Fish: No aquariums over 10 gal. 1 aquarium only, multiple fish accepted. Fish bowls containing 1 gallon of water or less do not require an agreement. Reptiles: Must have glass, escape proof enclosure. Rodents: No rodents, ferrets, weasels, rabbits, chinchillas or similar. Only exception is a guinea pig or hamster w/ escape proof cage. Live Stock: Prohibited by city ordinance. |
Housing of any animal/pet without prior written consent of management is cause for eviction. This policy does not apply to animals that aid the handicap (management reserves the right to verify service animal’s certification.) Management reserves the right to change, or make exceptions to, this policy at any time without notice.
